Tracy Randall founder, President, and CEO of Original Man Entertainment Group, Inc. (OMEG). A full-scale production and management entity that is most innovative music and film companies in the world. The company has substantial experience representing both international and national recording artists, as well as expertise in all aspects of sports, music, television, films, live events and interactive media.

In 1993 Randall, former T-neck/Island Black Music Recording artist began working on the blueprints that would become OMEG. His vision was to infuse his love for music and knowledge of contractual and business practices into a company that can best represent and nurture the wealth of talent that exist throughout the world. His dream was to partner with other experienced individuals that shared his passion and love of entertainment without compromising their integrity. Today, his mission accomplishes as OMEG continues to expand its management arm, production roster, label imprint - Lavish Records and most recent addition The Creative their Film/TV division.
